Want to exchange or return a purchase? We’re here to help! Exchanges or returns are possible up to 30 days after the delivery date.

- Is returning free of charge?

Returns are free of charge if you request an exchange or choose a store credit/coupon. Otherwise, the return costs are at your own expense, depending on the courier and the country from which you send the package back.

- What are the conditions for returning?

You may return your order within 30 days of receipt without providing a reason. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in saleable condition, and have all original labels attached. Please note that shipping costs for orders outside the Netherlands are not reimbursed.

- How long does it take to exchange a product?

If you request an exchange when registering your return, we’ll begin processing it immediately. In most cases, exchanges are handled within a few days.

- What if the exchange product is no longer available?

Contact our customer service team for alternatives. We’ll keep you informed of the expected delivery date. If the product is sold out after you’ve returned your shipment, we’ll contact you to find the best possible solution together.

- Where can I find my order number to register my return?

Your order number is included in the confirmation email you received after placing your order. It is a five-digit code. If you haven’t received this email, our customer service team will be happy to assist you.

- What should I do in case of a defective or damaged product?

If your product is damaged during shipping or production, we’ll resolve it quickly. Please email info@shraks.com with a photo of the defect. Our customer service team will get back to you as soon as possible with a solution.

- What if I want to return my order after the return period?

All returns must be received within 30 days of delivery. If this is not possible, we offer the option to exchange your product for another item or a voucher. Please contact our customer service team for available options.

- How long does it take to receive a refund?

We aim to process returns as quickly as possible. Once your return arrives at our warehouse, it will be processed within 10 business days. You can track when your package has arrived using the track-and-trace link. From that moment, the 10-day processing period begins. Once your refund has been completed, you’ll receive a confirmation. Please note: it may take up to 3 additional business days for the refund to appear in your bank account.
