Wondering about our shipping rates and whether your order is insured? Here’s what you need to know:

Standard Shipping and Delivery Times

• Netherlands and Belgium: Delivery within 1 working day if ordered before 6:00 PM.

These are our standard delivery times. In case of delays, please contact the carrier directly.

Insurance

If your product arrives damaged, we will either issue a refund or resend the order at no extra cost.

Our Service While You Wait for Your Order

Once we receive your payment, your order will be prepared and shipped as quickly and carefully as possible. Orders placed before 6:00 PM are handed over to our delivery partners the same day.

Shipping Costs

All orders are delivered free of charge.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, no problem. At Shraks, you can return your order within 30 days, and we’ll cover the return shipping costs. Submit your request here.
