RETURN

If your product arrives damaged or you are not satisfied, you may return it within 30 days of receipt, free of charge, provided it has not been used. We will provide you with a PostNL shipping label. No reason is required for the return.

Please contact us via your email address and order number through one of the communication channels on our Contact page, or email us directly at info@shraks.nl to request a refund.

Once we receive your request, we will guide you through the return process and send you a PostNL shipping label. After your return has been received at our center in the Netherlands, we will refund the full amount.

EXCHANGE

At Shraks, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange your product, we offer a hassle-free exchange policy.

You can exchange your item free of charge within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with the size or item. We will provide you with a free PostNL shipping label and process your exchange as soon as we receive the item back.

To qualify for an exchange, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.

To start an exchange, contact our customer service team at info@shraks.nl. They will guide you through the process.

LOST PACKAGES

We are responsible if a return package is lost in transit before it reaches us.

RETURN COSTS

We provide a free shipping label, and all return costs are covered by us.

REFUND

We will refund the full amount within 24 hours of receiving your return. Once processed, you will automatically receive a confirmation email. Please note that it may take up to a few business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used for your purchase. This is a security measure supported by our SSL-certified payment system.

FRAUD PREVENTION

We use advanced security systems, including SSL certificates and fraud detection tools. If our system detects a fraudulent payment, your order will be automatically canceled and the full amount refunded to you.
