1. Email us at info@shraks.nl, and we will provide you with detailed return instructions.
2. You will receive a prepaid return label from us.
3. Drop off your package with the carrier within 30 days of receipt.
4. Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, we will process it within 24 hours. Our returns department will keep you updated by email.
